Dr Bowles is experienced, knowledgeable and takes the time needed with his patients. I'm sorry that he is retiring next year. The doctors and medical staff at Internal Medicines Southwest are generally solid, but the customer interface is outdated (they are finally making some changes) and the front desk staff is marginal
