Waiting three months to get an initial appointment was well worth it. The staff greeted me promptly and courteously. I had completed the patient paperwork prior to appointment and they actually looked at it used that information . Dr. Van B spent at least 30 minutes, maybe 45 minutes, talking to me about my symptoms and family history. He listened and addressed my concerns. Recommended a plan of care and explained why. So happy that my PCP recommended Dr. Van B.
Dr. Vanbenthuysen was very friendly, knowledgeable, and his demeanor was very calming. I usually am very nervous when I go to the doctor, but I felt relaxed during my appointment. The doctor answered all of my questions and took the time to explain everything to me regarding upcoming tests, appointments, and procedures. I would highly recommend Dr. Vanbenthuysen and South Denver Cardiology!

Dr. Van B, as I call him, is obviously an excellent physician., He takes an amazing amount of time to inquire as to even non-medical conditions. He is a wonderful human being and I am so glad that I have had the pleasure of seeing him as my cardiologist.
