Went in on a Saturday afternoon after I stepped on a nail and got a deep puncture wound in my foot. The intake process was super fast and easy and all of the staff were very friendly and professional and kind. Despite this location being very busy when I arrived, they got me in and out in an hour and a half, which I thought was very good. The guys that work there are easy on the eyes, so that was a nice bonus.
The staff here is great! They get you in quick, address your problem and get you out as soon as possible! I have been here 3 times now and each visit has gone that way! Dan is wonderful and has some of the best interaction with a patient I've experienced in a very long time!
I had such a great visit today. Being sick is never easy, but the care I received--from the MA to the doctor and everyone in between--was truly wonderful. They helped make a stressful situation so much easier, especially while I was anxious about missing time with my family this weekend. Thank you all so much!
The staff here is great. Mary at the front desk is happy to be there and chat, not simply check me in like a robot. Bibek and Kevin were also a pleasure and kept the visit moving quickly, continually updating me about what was next to happen.
I went in because I had cold/flu symptoms. The doctor did a strep test and a Covid test which both came back negative. Since they were negative and I didn't have a fever she GUARANTEED me that I was just having bad allergies. I told her my symptoms felt too intense to be just allergies and I was definitely feeling like I had a cold. She told me especially since I didn't have a fever and that she was very confident I wasn't sick that I didn't need to worry about being around my family and little one. So I went home and tried to go about my day to day life with less worry about getting anyone else sick. I managed to pass along whatever it was to my whole family including my 6 month old baby. I've gone to this urgent care a few times and they have always been helpful. I'm just not sure why she needed to push so hard that I had allergies and disregarded the possibility of a cold or sinus infection. She told me to come back and they could reevaluate if I developed a fever. I never did have a fever, which I'm sure decreased the likelihood of passing it on, but I still managed to pass the sickness along to everyone pretty easily anyhow.
