Our sweet Rosie girl had to come here due to bleeding in her intestine from a medication. Everyone we encountered from the front desk to techs to doctors were all absolutely amazing. They truly cared about Rosie and her well being and wanted her to get better just as badly as we did. No matter how many times I called, everyone took time to talk to me about Rosie and how she was doing. They all answered my 100 questions I had every time. Every time I came to visit, they let us stay as long as possible. Hope I never have to recommend them to any of my friends and family but if I do, I would definitely recommend EVS and the staff.

We took our 11 year old chihuahua who was struggling and had almost no quality of life. She went from a spunky, big personality to a dog who wanted nothing more than to sleep. Her bladder was weak and she couldn't make it through the night without having to take her outside. We were pretty certain that we were heading toward the thing nobody wants to do when we were referred to EVS. They got us in immediately, worked within our budget, and completely saved our girl's life. They took fantastic care of her and always took time to answer all of our questions when we would get tests back and call to go over the results. I'm happy to report that she is back to normal and we just cannot thank everyone at EVS enough! Especially Dr. Fink and Dr. Garrick. We drove all the way from Brighton to Lakewood and will now never go anywhere else. If you love your pets like your children, EVS is the place for you!

We've been here for both our cat and dog. From small accidents to planned heart echos & surgeries, the staff here has always been so patient and kind. Big thank you to Dr. Lake-Bakaar for always taking such great care of our pets as they both need regular echocardiograms. & to Dr. O'Donnell for performing a TPLO on our dog that our pup has fully recovered from and is back to hiking.

We can't say enough good things about this clinic and their amazing staff! We had to bring our dog in around midnight, and everyone we interacted with, from the front desk to the techs and the vet, was so kind, compassionate, and patient. Even that late at night, they took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we knew how to help our dog get better once we got home. You can tell they truly care about both the pets and the people who love them. Our girl is back to her happy, playful self now, and we're so thankful for the wonderful care she received. Highly recommend this team, they truly went above and beyond for us!

They missed diagnosed my pet the amount of prescription that he needed so excessively that it increased his values into Stage 3 kidney disease and he also showed significant symptoms that might include internal bleeding, but are very concerning to the point I have to shift around my schedule on my business day entirely unplanned to be able to bring my pet back in because it's potentially life-threatening. Also I hate seeing my cat feel so sick. Not only did I then feel it was necessary to go through my cat's entire medical history and chart to fully understand what possibly could be happening so that this doesn't continue to happen to him or worse which took hours and hours and caused a very sleepless night.... but I also get to completely cancel hours of my business day that I previously had planned so I can address getting this can address getting this corrected. So that I can address correcting their care for my animal I had to take off more than half of my business that I had planned. However, When I call and say that I'm going to be 15 minutes late they couldn't bother to shift around their schedule. It's perfectly okay that I have to rearrange my entire work schedule for the day and hours worth of multiple meetings but they can't modify and adjust for 15 minutes?? With the thousands and thousands of dollars that I have paid because their costs are pretty exceptional you would think that there would at least be reasonable adjustment when I'm coming in to spend my business day and nearly $1,000 to correct the care that he's being given. After the thousands and thousands of dollars I have spent at their facility I'm having to come in because of the misdiagnosis of too much medication on their part... completely disrupting my business day but they can't be delayed by 15 minutes . Absolutely unreal. The staff is polite , but after I got there they also made no attempt to hurry whatsoever and made me come in through the ER at a higher cost which I had no other option, and also did not bother to hurry so I was at the vet for nearly 5 hours of my business day. But they couldn't be delayed by 15 minutes... Such an absolute lack of regard for my time displayed when they can't give 15 minutes in their business.
