I absolutely love coming to this office, everybody is so attentive and kind. Dr Chauhan is one of the best and truly takes time to listen to what you want. My results when I go through asthma up's and downs are always solved by them. I get monthly injections and Ashlee C is amazing. She is so gentle, and makes taking a biological that is already a hard shot so much easier.

There is a reason NJH is the best in the nation when it comes to respiratory issues. We originally contacted NJH for help in diagnosing my two week old who had been hospitalized for low oxygen. Prior to reaching out to this facility, we were given no answers as to why my son needed oxygen, we kept getting "oh this is normal"... We were connected with Dr James Brock who specializes in Pediatrics. He took one look at our son's chest xray and immediately was enraged at how my son's care leading up to his visit was handled. Dr Brock took the time to go over everything and was very detailed in explaining his diagnoses and what his medical plan was going to be. After 10 weeks and visits with multiple specialists, we were able to get my son fully cleared and remove off of oxygen. Dr Brock, his team and specialists that he referred us to have been amazing and they all deserve to be recognized for the love they have for their job and their patients. I am so beyond blessed and absolutely thankful that he was my son's doctor and gave him the care he so deserved.

Pt. BEWARE!!! When I first called to schedule an appt. I was asked what my insurance was and was assured NJH was in my netwrok! I completed ALL paper work prior to arriving for my appt. and they took my ins. co-pay portion so I assumed I was all set with ins.:( WRONG! I am now sitting with an almost 1k bill that I am told will NOT be covered by ins. as they are in fact OUT OF NETWORK!!!!! Did NOT matter that I called and asked prior to making an appt., then I asked again when I made the appt., again when I arrived for my appt. and only my in network co-pay was taken at time of visit making it seem like they did in fact take my ins. The only thing anyone has ever said to me is "oh we are so sorry" but you still owe the money! I could have gone to Co Asthma and Allergy which I ended up going to anyway for a second opinion and ended up doing my tx with them and the care is amazing there!

Came here to address exercise induced asthma. Dr. Chauhan prescribed an inhaler with a potentially fatal interaction with another one of my medications. Mixups happen, and I did my best to manage taking both in a safe manner. At a follow-up, she expressed disappointment that I wasn't compliant and dismissed my interaction concerns stating that "most people take it and are fine." Then said I probably didn't have asthma since I wasn't improving, and my breathing tests were normal. (Ignoring the fact that my symptoms are only triggered by exercise).

I have had appointments with Dr Malik 4 times! Once he was ill, the office rebooked me. I understood that! Then I received a call 3 other times that the scheduler had made a mistake and put me in someone else's spot. I have tried to talk with anyone other than a scheduler with no success. I am finished with National Jewish! So disappointed.
