Every one of the nurses and doctors were so kind and considerate during the procedure. The facility was the best, modern and attractive. My only regret is that the test injections did not achieve the positive result I was hoping for to alleviate my neck pain. Doctor Allsop was super careful and we were both hoping the injections would provide some relief. I could not have asked for more.
Dr. Matsumura is an excellent Vascular Surgeon! He explained the procedure and answered my questions clearly. He was professional, yet made me feel comfortable and confident! I also loved that he had a great sense of humor
Dr Matsumura was exceptional at listening, asking appropriate questions and providing me with information. I highly recommend him. Fortunately, my situation, was not a surgical one, but there afew vascular specialists who are not also surgeons. I left with much more knowledge than I entered with! Very satisfied!!!
The office staff was friendly and efficient. I saw Dr. Malgore for varicose vein sclerotherapy. It was a horrible disappointment. She left me with multiple dime sized brown spots on both legs that will never go away in places where she inserted the needle. This was 1 1/2 years ago. I've tried multiple products to even reduce the darkness of the brown spots to no avail. I went back to show her the damage, and she seemed unfazed, only said to try lightening products. I wish I had never chosen her for varicose vein treatment. Beware. Would not recommend her.
