I have had all four of my babies here. Luckily we have had the same nurse every time and she is amazing! Nurse Alayna goes above and beyond. Navigating motherhood for the very first time after a c section was rough but she helped me so much and every single time after. She is amazing! All of the nurses are truly great. We did experience a little frustration this last delivery. I was scheduled for a c section for 7/30. It got pushed back to 7/31 after spending all day waiting. I recently received a large medical bill in the mail for. A little frustrating that my insurance was billed for a day in which nothing was done and for a good amount at that. Other wise great staff and a great hospital.

Currently been in the hospital with my dad. We havnt seen a doctor since arrival yesterday around this time. Our previous doctor sent us here as an emergency, MRI was alarming to our doctor that was done here yesterday but they havnt even mantioned it here. The scope supposedly scheduled for "early this morning" keeps getting pushed back " BECAUSE OTHER PATIENTS ARE SICKER." We are very close to transferring hospitals. This one has been horrible. Do not recommend.

I had such a wonderful experience giving birth to my daughter at Banner North Colorado Medical Center in July. From the moment we checked in until we were discharged, every nurse, doctor, and staff member was kind, attentive, and professional. Everything went smoothly, and I'm so thankful for how well we were cared for - especially during such a special and emotional time for our family. As a local real estate agent, I always appreciate when our Northern Colorado businesses provide this level of compassion and service. Banner North Colorado truly made our experience one to remember.

The wound care center does a really good job.. Chris Jones and all the nurses give wonderful care. I would leave a five star review, but the receptionist is the absolute worst. She is so incredibly rude, and always short with the patience. She makes you feel like you're a major inconvenience on making appointments for future visits. It would be so nice if they replaced her with someone welcoming.

This place sucks.... yes I know it's the ER. Yes I know it's not always fast. I am starving.. came in thinking i had strep throat bc it hurt to swallow, and was hoping it could help me eat after I got treated. Came in at 12:15. It's 3:15 now... was ignored when I tried to inform them about the needles and meds still in the bio hazard container...( pic in review) then the nurse that administered the steroids and Tylenol for laryngitis got distracted over and over and over again. Then gave me the meds and said they had my discharge papers ready. So I got up and was waiting and then rudely told by the same nurse she'll get to me when she can. Last time here I got the block for my surgery and the Dr didn't care I was screaming to take the needle out my neck. . Months later I still feel it. Worst bed side manners I've ever experienced. Only reason they got 2 stars is bc there are some staff members that do care and know a human being appreciates the courtesy for someone who is sick and doesn't feel good. MARY JO. Ask your Coworkers how they do it but they probably avoid you bc of your attitude and lack of abilty to do simple tasks in a timely manner . Boooooooooo.
