I received excellent care from Dr. Case and Lisa during my varicose vein treatment. During the initial consultation Dr Case educated me about the process and I knew I would be in good hands. Lisa worked with my insurance and was able to schedule my appointments quickly and flexibly. Dr. Case is a highly skilled vascular surgeon and made my procedures quick and painless. My legs look so much better without my large veins. I have more energy throughout the day, don't have to worry about getting blood clots, and even have improved physical fitness in biking and aerobics. Both Lisa and Dr. Case go above and beyond to provide the highest quality of care and I cannot recommend them enough.

Had a full face laser with Lisa and filler done by Dr. Case- honestly, I am so happy with the results! Lisa was amazing during the laser- super gentle and explained everything as she went. My skin already looks clearer and feels so much smoother. Then I saw Dr. Case for filler, he really knows what he is doing. It's just enough to make me look fresh and lifted but totally natural. No overdone look here. Both were lovely, made me feel very comfortable, and I'd definitely go back! Highly recommend it if you're thinking about doing something for yourself.

I recently visited Grand Junction from Florida and was seen at Valley Surgical . Dr. Case and Lisa performed a complete skin analysis of my face due to my sun exposure in Florida. They formulated a facial rejuvenation plan and Lisa performed an RF treatment. Dr Case then discussed at length my options and his recommendations . He then performed botox and fillers to restore a more youthful appearance. The treatments I received were easily tolerated and nearly painless. The overall experience in their office was relaxing and professional. Dr. Case and Lisa are compassionate clinicians who listen closely to their patients concerns to work toward a common goal. I could not be happier with my results. I will surely follow up with this practice for any future aesthetic treatments
