As always, all office staff were polite and helpful. I didn't have a long wait. The MA was an amazing young man! Dr Spriggs was informative, remembered all of my health information, we discussed everything. He is awesome!

My first visit was Thursday 8/13/17. He suggested blood work and nuclear stress test. The following Tuesday, 8/8, I went for blood test. The lab did not have record to have it done. I went to doctors' office and got the request. While I was doing that they were checking where I was on the list for stress test scheduling. Went back to doctors' office and was told I would receive a call that day. Within ten minutes Pam, the scheduler, called me. Call went to voice mail, and I returned her call within five minutes. Never received a call back. On Monday, 8/14, I had an appointment with my PCP, and told him, his scheduler called Dr Spriggs office and they told her that I needed to call them. So I called them. Here it is Tuesday 8/22 and haven't heard a word about scheduling the stress test. I went to Dr Spriggs because my PCP referred me to him and he took care of my dad years ago. He is a good doctor, yet his staff leaves a lot to be desired.
