Went into the location across from McAllisters and was shocked when I heard one of the staff say that she was "special ed" in reference to missing something a co worker was speaking about. This kind of talk is completely unacceptable and abhorrent to hear in a healthcare setting especially. Staff that work at the front need to be spoken to about their personal conversions, especially in the front. To. E clear it was not one of the ladies working at the computers. It was a lady that had short Grey/blonde hair and was speaking to a taller larger gentleman. When it was time for my husband to be seen, we were told they could only take him back for space reasons. I then sat in the lobby and saw several other heterosexual couples be taken back together, no questions asked. To be discriminated against like this is unacceptable and shocking.
