Grand Valley Thoracic/Vascular

I would like to file a formal complaint, my 86 yr old mother Sharon Stewart was scheduled to have a Stent-graft in her left leg that has severe blood flow issues on 7/17/25. It is very risky to put my mom under anesthesia she also has a heart condition and is on oxygen 24/7. Dr Brooks and his team were in the process when the C-Arm failed after 27 minutes this is UNEXCEPTABLE!!!! DR BROOKS WAS NOT ABLE TO PLACE THE GRAFT DUE TO YOUR EQUIPMENT FAILURE. Now my 86 yr old mother who can hardly walk and in a wheelchair most of her days has to be put under again to have the Stent-Graft placed this puts my mom at risk again that never should have happened. Please replace your faulty equipment so no one else is put at risk. Dr Brlooks and team worked on my mom for hours trying to increase her blood flow they were owesom. Th nurses in the IV room were great also Gabby Hannner and Garett were so great to .y mothrt.

Staff and PA are extremely pleasant and easy to talk to about any concerns I might have.

Everything was over the top. Great nursing, very detail oriented with patient care the main focus being quality. Very grateful that I was referred to your practice. Thank you for being as dedicated a staff that you have.

I was very pleased with the level of care I received. The nurse and Medical assistant were pleasant and professional. Audrey Kramer, NP was very knowledgeable about my test results and care options. Would highly recommend this practice.

Check in was easy. No delay in being prepped for the procedure. I spent approximately 2 hours in the pre-op room but the procedure itself went quickly and I was treated well throughout.
