Very thorough. Cardiology vocabulary is very hard to understand. Processes are hard to follow especially when it is a new diagnosis. I wish there was a class (Cardiology 101) for beginners. About the time I get used to the prescriptions, they are changed again. It is difficult for me to understand what to expect.

Dr. Kleinman is the most thorough doctor I know. If there is a base she doesn't touch on than I don't know what it would be. She is sometimes late for her appointments but is always apologetic and doesn't detract that from my appointment. I always have many questions and she answers everyone thoroughly in a way I can understand. I have a couple of "special" requirements for procedures and she and I together, made it work.

Best experience ever at the lab. No waiting. Lizbeth was amazing. She found a good vein, inserted needle painlessly, no bruise. Perfect blood draw. Thank you

I trust Dr Kleinman even if I may not always agree. She has my best heart interest in mind.

Jody was truly concerned on my well being for the first time in a long time I felt cared for I even got a phone call from a real person... Since the start of MyChart it seems that the medical profession has become desensitized kind of not attached no personal feelings just text messages so it was a joy to be under the care of Jody and I truly think she's one of the good ones
