Shout out to Dr Morris who went above and beyond to get my mom's prescriptions switched from her closed pharmacy to the UCHealth pharmacy. The other provider wouldn't help us get the prescriptions changed over but Dr Morris stepped up and made it happen...and super quickly. Thank you Dr Morris for the great customer service and helping out a sick mom and tired daughter. Would have been five stars because everyone from the front desk to the quick pharmacy was great...minus the blip with the PA.

Dr. Soper has no regard for his patients. Without asking where I live he referred me to PT in Greeley that would be a 55 minute commute. All the while there is a PT here in Fort Collins which reduces the commute to 9 minutes. Did he assume I live in Greeley? What is that about?

I had a procedure at this hospital that I had already discussed thoroughly with my doctor. We agreed in advance that I would not be put under anesthesia, as it wasn't medically necessary and I didn't feel comfortable with it. Despite this, while waiting to be taken back for the procedure, the nurses repeatedly pressured me to change my mind. One nurse in particular asked me at least twenty separate times to agree to anesthesia -- even after I clearly said no. I had to raise my voice just to get her to stop. In addition, I had requested an all-female staff months prior, directly with my doctor, and had brought it up multiple times before the appointment. On the day of the procedure, staff acted like they had never heard of the request. It made me feel dismissed and completely unheard. As a patient, I expect my clearly communicated decisions -- especially regarding consent and comfort -- to be respected. That did not happen here, and I left feeling incredibly frustrated and disregarded.

In 2020 I had a small surgery performed here by Dr. Quaid and the surgery site remained open and not completely healed until this year (2025). I contacted him multiple times and his response was to shrug and say it should heal eventually. He had no interest in following up or monitoring. My old primary doctor (also within UCHealth) was also unconcerned and actually had the nerve to try to tell me why I should be happy it was still not healed. I gave up on the idea of a doctor actually caring or being able to help. Finally, last year, still with an open surgery site, I found a podiatrist for another health issue and she is NOT part of the UCHealth system. She was mortified that I had been going through this for 4 years and was being neglected (her words) by multiple doctors. I should have then gone to another doctor outside of the UCHealth system, however, my depression was not doing great and the idea of another doctor potentially dismissing me with no help was too much. After 5 years of careful daily wound care, I am very excited to say that the surgical site is finally healed and closed. I guess technically Dr. Quaid was correct, it did finally heal, after 5 ridiculous years. I've interacted with UCHealth doctors in the physical therapy and occupational therapy department, both of which were fine. However, being left to fend for myself for 5 years with nothing but hope that my surgery would heal is unacceptable.

I couldn't ask for more qualified experts. Doctor Leiu is an exceptional physician. All the technicians and nurses were caring, very sensitive to my needs, and extremely good at their jobs. The front office staff greeted me warmly every morning with a smile or concern if they knew I wasn't feeling well. I'm so blessed to have the experiences that I did while I received treatments.
