Dr Grant Taylor has been my doctor for about a year and I am very pleased with his care. For my recent annual review he ordered comprehensive lab work which he reviewed in detail during my visit. Dr Taylor listened to my concerns and made sure he had answered all of my questions. I am also pleased with the staff at this office, ease of making appointments, using their web site, etc., thank you.

Criminal absolutely criminal. The first visit with my doc went great, they charged my insurance like normal. Then comes my second appointment today..... these people wanted to charge me $200 just to talk to my primary. Then told me it's my insurance requiring this. I don't think the receptionist thought I'd get ahold of my insurance provider so quickly because according to insurance they lied. I go back in and ask them "is this my insurance or you" she lies to my face saying it's insurance. I put my phone on speaker and have him talk to her. Well guess what its Banners policy not my co-pay or insurance. These people are absolutely crooked and should be held accountable for any life or health lost due to their greed. Absolutely shameful.

This was my last stop of getting my hormone levels checked after a year of being a tennis ball going back and forth with doctors. I came here, spent over $400 for my 30 minute visit to never get a call, email or letter about anything. I gave them my money and got completely ghosted. I never even called back because I already went through enough bs in the year with doctors that I just took it upon myself to find an actual clinic that will treat me and actually care about my health. I don't feel like I got robbed. I know I got robbed. Please men, don't waste your time here. The Dr. treated me like a complete moron as well.

Pediatricians like the one we saw here should lose their license for what they do. As new parents, we've heard a lot about vaccines and both the good and the bad. With that, we wanted to hold off until we looked into them more. But the one i did look into before hand was the hep B shot which is for a baby or mom with stds. I did days worth of research on that vaccine and didnt feel comfortable getting that one. When that topic came up with the pediatrician, she crossed a line that should have never been crossed. I told her why we didn't want it and all of the reasons as to why it didn't feel safe for my daughter and she told me I didn't know anything and then told my wife to not trust me and to trust her. She literally tried driving a wedge between me and my wife and was so disrespectful and unprofessional about it. My wife and I are united on our decisions and we are not going to have some random pediatrician that didn't even know what was in the vaccine or even have a pamphlet for us to look at, dictate trust in our relationship. This makes me want to never trust a pediatrician again. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional behavior.

OMG Worst place ever I have been going here for years and my Dr Moved out of state and the new Dr. And her Medical Assistant are HORRIBLE trying to get a prescription filled is HORRIBLE they either don't send the prescription or don't send all the information the pharmacy needs to fill it. No one should have to wait a week for a prescription to get filled it's wrong on so many levels. It's like a Mickey Mouse Club being ran over there!!!
