Here on Monday January 15th 2024 at 845am and the receptionist is the rudest thing. An absolute snot. My family member has a neurological disorder that clouds his thinking. She was so nasty about him not having his Medicare card. Been listening to her scold and be nasty to other people about it in the waiting room. Shouldn't be that big of a deal if she can see they have Medicare on her computer already. Not a big enough deal to act like that anyway. Especially towards elderly people she knows nothing about who may have trouble remembering and thinking clearly.
