Lindsay Scholl was really excellent. She was personable, compassionate and communicative. She explained everything to me and really took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. I don't think I have had a better appointment with any provider. She's truly an asset to Denver Health. Marcia was also excellent in going over the pre-operative protocol with me. Everyone in the cardiology department is absolutely wonderful and helpful. They are excellent at their jobs and completely thorough with everything they do. I couldn't be happier with the team that is assisting me with my health issues. I consider them family and I genuinely believe that they care for their patients because of how well we Are treated.
My experience with Cardiology dept..was one of the most detailed appointments I have ever had. All staff from entering the appt itself were kind & helpful.. a assistant asked me may I please offer you some water..you look as if you need some.. I really did.! Thank you! ZACH explained the Heart inside & out & possibly where the concerns were.. Marsha scheduled my procedures Zach sent Authorization to My health insurance at my appt. The Dr answered all of my questions in a way for me to understand and gave his opinions on what could improve my heath. He was kind..considerate and informative. So were the nurses who took my vitals.
