They were semi hygienic however the nurse had to put on a mask in addition to other PPE due to lack of communication from other staff about my contagious conditions. Lack of professionalism and questions unanswered. Lack of care planning and respect varies between staff. Would not recommend for regular or illness care. Staff are unable to uphold what they say they will do. Poor communication between offices and within office making care difficult and confusing.
Dr Overbeek-Wager is the best primary doctor I've ever had! I can't recommend her and the practice more, they're all great providers! Front desk staff is awesome too!
I love dr Nielson 5 stars without hesitation. However, my experience with two members of the front office staff was highly unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. Specifically, the two staff members who were seated together. the woman with the long braids and the middle aged woman with the short bob ( i did not get names unfortunateley) were playing loud Christian music and having a discussion about the Bible and their religious beliefs. A doctor's office is a professional public setting and it is entirely inappropriate to subject patients to such overt religious content and conversation. The unprofessionalism is so major that I am now looking for a new doctor's office even though how much I love the doc .
Their medical care may be okay, but their billing practice is a scam. In prior years, my spouse and I were told we were charged for an office visit, in addition to an annual wellness exam, because we asked questions. So this year, we said we just wanted our annual labwork. We have no medications, no medical issues, concerns, or questions. They still charged us for an office visit in addition to an annual, to see the doctor for 5 minutes. In our opinion, this unjustified double charge constitutes insurance fraud.
4 Stars because my PA provided all the answers, needed care and referrals I needed. 1 star deducted because I felt very rushed in the 5 to 10 minutes I had face to face with the provider during the visit. But that is what healthcare industry is all about anyways, charge the maximum and deliver minimum. But this location was good enough for primary care purposes.
