Simply looking to for a few prescriptions refills and it turned into a red tape dubacle, as well as a lecture. Appointment ended abruptly. I noticed the exact same type of comments on other reviews

I have been seeing Dr. Nash for three years now and have never experienced anything but courteous treatment at the front desk, in the exam room, and on exiting the office. I've seen some negative reviews and cannot even begin to understand how anyone can get Dr. Nash or her staff to be anything but pleasant, even if a patient is being very nasty. I've never had a problem getting an appointment. I use their online portal and I plan ahead, knowing most doctors are booked out for a few months. I've been seen by another doctor when I had an emergency and he was great too. Dr. Nash herself has always been pleasant, never in a hurry, and she always makes sure she goes through everything with me before handing me off for shots (which haven't hurt, btw) or referrals. I don't believe the issue is the Doctor or her staff based on my experiences with her office. I've always had great service, and I've seen been at her office or talked with her staff at least 20 plus times now in the past three years. They are great at dealing with the lab company who messes up my billing, and they have always gone the extra mile to help me out when there is a problem with billing or lab results. They respond quickly to my Emails too, which is a great benefit. Great communication on lab results too. I'd highly recommend Dr. Nash and her office staff to any of my family or friends.
Always keeps me in good health! She is a very comprehensive doctor.
Dr Nash is a thoughtful, caring, careful, and highly responsive physician. I have been her patient for many years and been impressed with her treatment of me. When an ultrasound showed a possible issue, she arranged for me to see a specialist, who was able to set our minds at ease. I appreciate Dr Nash's thoroughness.
I'm not sure if it was the doctor herself or her office staff, but I was charged for an office visit on top of my preventative care visit, and when asked why, the front desk and UC health billing told me it was because the doctor and I discussed things we didn't discuss, and that a prescription was renewed when I actually went OFF that prescription and no longer take that medication. I paid the extra bill only because it was my word against the doctors, so there would be no way to win. The after visit notes I received digitally and mailed on paper did not match what the office and billing team told me happened in the visit. I should have audio recorded the visit and will be doing so with all future doctors I see in UC Health.
