First of all I want to tell you my story. I was a patient that was always sick hospitalized a lot could not take a normal breath. Pulmonary Associates and Dr Raines and his ream saved my quality of life Thank you . I wanted to talk about one person that helped me and my family that went be found normal care. Angela . They diagnosed me with a rare asthma. . She helped me with all aspects of nucala. . She gave me hope and made me feel like she cared. You are my miracle woper my angel. My experience with Dr. Raines at the hospital was very positive. He is kind, caring, took the time to talk and help me. My experience with his office is not so positive. I had to cancel my appointment due to medical issues. His staff informed me that because I called the day before I could not be seen at that office. When I explained it was medical, out of my control, I was told it could be reviewed and a decision made. That left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. I do not change appointments because I do not feel like going. I also expect to be treated with kindness and some understanding of my situation. This did not happen. I am sadden that I will be missing the benefit of a great doctor, however, I deserve to be treated with equal respect. I know policies are established and set for the benefit of the office and all patients. Policies and patients should be reviewed by individual cases and circumstances, not as a hard rule never to have an exception. This was not the case for me. There is no way for me to give Dr. Raines the 5 stars he deserves and the way I was treated by the office the 1 star it deserves, but I do want anyone who reads this review to know the difference.
