I had initially called to request information on cardiologists near me. I was sent four at the facility in Castle Rock, all of which had the same contact information at the same location. When I called each number, they directed me to enter extension, but of course, as I have never made a visit, I had no idea what to enter, then the system abruptly hung up on me. I understand sometimes these systems fail so I called the number I had originally used to get the information and told them about this. I wanted to be contacted later that day at least through an email communication on how to request an appointment and never heard from them , I'm glad it wasn't an emergency, lol
