Intermountain Health Broomfield Clinic - Primary Care

I just had a TEE. It was one of the greatest experiences I have ever had during a procedure. My cardiologist is Dr. Parker, fabulous! Suzette was a great nurse and Alaina gave me the most wonderful IV I've ever had! Andy was a fabulous anesthesiologist. He sedated me a perfect amount. I did not feel a thing and I woke up quickly! Praising God for a wonderful experience!

When I have an appointment, the front desk is always polite. I fill out my paperwork and before I finish it I being called back to see the doctor. The person then takes my blood pressure etc , within a couple of minutes my doctor comes in and goes over my answers. She always asks if I have concerns and answers any questions. Then talks to me about my next steps. So overall the visits are pleasant.

Gracie lowen the nurse practitioner was incredible! Went through my entire medical history, was kind, genuine, and really just a great professional!!! Her medical assistant was also great Highly recommended!

I really hate to leave this review, but I cannot recommend this location. I stuck with it because I liked the caregivers. However, I found myself with a bill for something that was not medically necessary. If it was, I wouldn't know, because no one gave me an answer. I got 0 responses and 0 support when all I wanted was to know what I was paying $176 dollars for. I tried MyChart. No response. I tried calling. Redirected to the wrong department. I call so many times, and gave them 3 weeks (I'll admit, one week was over Thanksgiving, so I don't blame them for being out) but I haven't received any help! I work during their operating hours, and I can't (and shouldn't need to) visit the office to get this resolved. Had someone at least contacted me, I would have been annoyed, but pay the bill. I can't say this clinic is good. I've had problems with this clinic before, and I think this was the final nail in the coffin.

Dr. Shannon Arnsberger ALWAYS listens and treats me as a whole - holistically and thoroughly ensuring my concerns are addressed. I live over 25 miles from the Broomfield clinic, but do not switch to a closer PCP because of the compassionate care I receive from my physician, MA, front desk, phlebotomy, and xray tech. They all speak professionally and go the extra mile.
