The staff it's amazing! My daughter had a Intracapsular Tonsillectomy and Adenoidectomy surgery. Surgeon provider Yoon Patricia J, M.D was very professional, helpful and kind, the same way the anesthesiologist, nurses, front desk, all the team from the beginning They give me clear information and excellent guidance. The hospital it's clean. I don't have words to said THANK YOU TO EVERYONE!

Our experience at Children's was five star from start to finish. Each person that interacted with my son was so attentive, answered all his questions, and helped him when he was feeling anxious. I was grateful for the employee that explained in the best way what he should expect right before he went into surgery. After that, he was confident and ready for surgery. Our surgeon was Dr. Johnathan, and he was so kind, had humor and was very thorough in all ways. Our discharge nurse was so kind, honest, helpful and also had a sense of humor. We are grateful for such a positive experience.

This was our first appointment and it will be our last.
My young child with all baby teeth came in for a 6 month check up at the Dental Clinic. Everything looked great. They asked to do an X-ray, I said we got partials done 6 months ago before we moved and I can get those sent over. They said they want to see all her teeth in an x-ray. I said I'm open to her getting another x-ray again in 6-12 months to keep her electromagnetic radiation exposure low but not now, especially since she has zero symptoms or issues, no adult teeth, low sugar diet, etc.
The doctor consulted with the attending doctor, then came back and said that if we aren't willing to get an x-ray next appointment, we will need to find another dentist. They used five different tactics to get me to change my mind: "she might have a cavity that we can't see", "she could lose a tooth","this is the standard of care", "its less radiation than an airplane flight" "we have to work as a team", which all sound reasonable until you scratch beneath the surface. Every time I asked a follow up question, their response revealed that they had no observable reason that supported their claim. They just didn't like that a patient's mother believed in informed consent.
I had to tell the doctor FIVE TIMES that I'd be open to considering getting another x-ray at the next appointment but my job as the parent is to manage my daughter's whole health, not just her teeth health, and when a test for her teeth might interrupt her brain development (as electromagnetic radiation can), I have to weigh the pros and cons of that before I just let medical practitioners do whatever is easiest for them. Apparently, that logic didn't register for the clinic's "policies", though.
Thank you for demonstrating really quickly that you are a doctor-centered practice, not a patient-centered one.
(I gave two stars, not one star, because the dental tech was great with my kid.)

The urgent care here is extremely amazing. Definitely recommend taking your little ones here when they are sick. We were taken care of right away, the doctor listened to my concerns and the doctor and nurses reassured me that my daughter will be okay. Thank you for taking good care of my little one

Our last visit was not so great. My daughter has the flu. I spoke to the nurse line and she said I needed to bring her into emergency to be seen ASAP. We waited 4 hours in the waiting room. Her temp was checked one time when we first got there. When I asked triage when we were going to be seen she said we were next. When some nurses walked out and called a name that wasn't my daughters, she started crying. When I said I'm sorry baby they said you were next but I guess not, these two ladies LAUGHED and looked at eachother smiling. They walked behind the er doors and explained to the patient that they pulled back that they were mental health providers. I work in mental health and would be in some huge trouble if I acted that way towards anyone in my place of work, my clients or not. I couldn't believe it. After this 3 other names were called before ours and triage said oh can you please take this patient back too? After we were taken back to a room it was an hour before anyone came into the room, and I had to ask 3 times for someone to take her temperature. There was one nurse that came in that got my daughter to smile and gave her great care.. other than that it was not on par with the care childrens usually gives.
