Very good visit. Dr. Zadeii was very helpful and very informative. He listened to everything I had to say, which can be very rare in the medical field these days. The MAs and office staff are also very sweet and very respectful.

The doc here is great, but his staff drops the ball magnificently. I went to get a diagnosis and was told I need a bunch of testing. I was not allowed to book an appointment until the test referrals came thru. Referrals came thru 7 days later. I called right away to try to get this scheduled. Every time I called and chose the appointment extension I got put through to voicemail. I kept leaving messages. None of my calls were ever returned. It took me nearly 4 weeks to get someone to pick up the phone when I called and actually make an appointment for me. In the meantime my condition has worsened significantly. The appointment booked today is 15 days out, so more waiting while I feel like my health is going to hell. It is incredibly frustrating to have a life-threatening health problem and have no choice but to suffer at the hands of the "health care" system. I feel like I would be better off leaving the country to get treatment. At least I would not be waiting 4 weeks just to get someone to pick up the phone or return my voicemail to book an appointment.

Test after test, won't tell you results of one test before ordering another. Had me wear a heart monitor, never told me results from that. He wanted to do a stress test and I said no, I want to know if I really need the test. Woman at the front desk tells me to wait to talk to the nurse for results, another person comes on the phone, tells me I have to come in for results. 2 people later they transfer me back to original person who tells me I need to come in, I said couldn't you have just told me that from the start, she giggles and says "I guess so!" Unprofessional to say the least. I haven't gone back so I guess my heart is fine? This is yet another example of the "quality" of doctors we, in Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley, and Morongo Valley have to chose from. 9/10 doctors up here in the high desert are NOT board certified. That says something about our Healthcare system and what kind of care they think we deserve. As with just about all the services offered up here, it's not quality. I'll be going to Palm Springs or the surrounding area, my health is too important to me even if it's not to these "doctors."

Dr Zadeii is a very good doctor, I was referred to him not my primary care doctor I was way obese I was having some issues with the heart they wanted to look at. My weight was the main factor of my issues he speaks truth and honesty he encouraged me to go on a healthy diet and exercise. I am down now a hundred pounds and I feel really good and I'm glad he pressed me to do something about my weight. I am very thankful and blessed
