Good front office staff, especially Zachary and Ryan. Sadly, nurse practitioners come and go quickly so it's hard to establish a relationship with them. The actual doctor is only there one day a week. Even with rotating staff, they do a very good job of taking care of their patients

I wanted to recognize Brianna front desk thank you for listening to my concerns and addressing them with compassion and urgency. This wasn't my first time calling. You may not think when you talk to patients over the phone, how important it is to be heard and understood. I truly appreciate your compassion and kindness. Thank you.

My mom has been going to this clinic for years and I'm over this place. It takes months to get her an apt and then they close early with out notifying their patients. She's not seen for an hour or 2 part her apt time when she is seen for about 5/10 minutes. They also constantly mess up the dates and times of appointments to the point I make my mom call multiple times to confirm it. My mom is elderly and I take off work to adjust my life to get her to these appointments and they give no crap or cares. They are all extremely unprofessional the staff upfront.

Was in there in there in late December. Had only one provider managing all patients. Asked where the other providers were. Was told this:"4 of them out on medical leave at the same time. Sounded pretty fishy to me. Seem like they can't keep providers. Also, screwed up my insurance. Had it half backwards.Asked them to call Medicare after I did. They are my primary insurance. Plus, they didn't have any providers for 2-3 days. Think an investigation is in order

The doctors/NP have been very good but something has changed. Last appointment I was seen by a different Dr/RNP that I've had a couple of times. she's always in way too much of a hurry. Never feel heard. Today I called and the next appointment isn't available until June! It's the beginning of March. That's just ridiculous.
