Unfortunately, my experience with this medical office has been extremely disappointing due to persistent issues with communication and patient care coordination. Communication is nearly impossible--calls are routinely placed on hold for over 30 minutes, only to be dropped without reaching a representative. Attempting to speak with the patient service department is a frustrating cycle of unreturned messages and disconnections. One of the most concerning issues was the office switching our primary doctor without any prior notice or consent. As a patient, this lack of transparency and respect for our choice of provider is unacceptable. Additionally, referral processes have been a complete mess. Incorrect referral codes were submitted multiple times, leading to significant delays in accessing necessary specialists. At one point, paperwork required for an urgent referral was outright lost, further delaying care. Despite all these issues, I do want to acknowledge one positive: the pediatrician we saw was wonderful--kind, attentive, and thorough. It's unfortunate that such a capable provider is working within a system that seems so disorganized and unresponsive. I sincerely hope this office takes the necessary steps to improve communication, patient coordination, and overall responsiveness. Patients deserve better. We will be leaving this medical group next month.

This office is small and doesnt seem to be super busy. We are new to this area, and wanted a family practice doctor for me & my teenage daughter. We selected to be assigned to Dr. Hoeffer. We've been to Optum/BMG twice, they were on time with very little wait. Dr. Hoeffer is very attentive and takes her time duringtheappointment. It's been my experience to schedule a d reschedule easily, and the telephone staff are very patient and helpful. They answer the phone with pleasant etiquette when I call and respond quickly to any inquiries I have. We are very happy here.

Well my 3rd Doctor is leaving just like the 2 prior. Beaver was so good to me for 25yrs. United Health/Optum buts the place & there's a mass exodus. I'm moving on, which sucks when you have an incurable hard to treat & manage illness. I'm tired of breaking in new Doctors. Goodbye, with both hands

Dr. Tieu sees both of my kids (8mo and 3 years) and she is great, as is her staff! We were previous patients of Dr. Winston who we really loved as well. The office is small and never super busy. We are always seen on time with very little wait and it's very easy to schedule/reschedule appointments. The answer the phone when I call and respond quickly to any inqueries I have. We are very happy here. I personally have not loved my experience with Optum as a whole but we do like Dr Tieu and her office and reccomend seeing them for your littles!

Must be a pretty bad environment for doctors considering doctors are always leaving them. My dad has had 3 different doctors in as many years. They are unwilling to provide an emergency medication refill for diabetes medication which my dad needs until he's had an appointment with them. Then tells me they are completely booked with the few doctors they have, so we'll have to go to the Redlands office. Switched to a different provider the same day.
