Unfortunately, my experience with this medical office has been extremely disappointing due to persistent issues with communication and patient care coordination. Communication is nearly impossible--calls are routinely placed on hold for over 30 minutes, only to be dropped without reaching a representative. Attempting to speak with the patient service department is a frustrating cycle of unreturned messages and disconnections. One of the most concerning issues was the office switching our primary doctor without any prior notice or consent. As a patient, this lack of transparency and respect for our choice of provider is unacceptable. Additionally, referral processes have been a complete mess. Incorrect referral codes were submitted multiple times, leading to significant delays in accessing necessary specialists. At one point, paperwork required for an urgent referral was outright lost, further delaying care. Despite all these issues, I do want to acknowledge one positive: the pediatrician we saw was wonderful--kind, attentive, and thorough. It's unfortunate that such a capable provider is working within a system that seems so disorganized and unresponsive. I sincerely hope this office takes the necessary steps to improve communication, patient coordination, and overall responsiveness. Patients deserve better. We will be leaving this medical group next month.
