Redding, Ca. lost all Rheumatologist's doctors. Woodland Clinic and Oncology Infusion center took me and other people from Redding, and other cities on as patients. All care and treatments were very professional, and have a wonderful staff. Every appointment was on time, no waiting. Redding has now obtained new doctors. It was hard to leave behind such a wonderful doctor and treatments from the wonderful nurses. Thanks for everything you did and do.

My care during a recent knee replacement was outstanding. The surgical team, the nursing staff- everyone exemplified the term kindness and efficiency. I applaud them all

Great experience. Great hospital with a great team and excellent ER experience. The staff was super friendly, kind, and compassionate. They took really good care of my family member when we needed it most in the middle of the night!

Went tonight. The nurses were very helpful and kind, however the doctor made me feel very embarrassed for being there. I don't have a primary care doctor so this was the only place I could go to get an ekg test done for the sake of my mental health. The nurse let him know and he had a very condescending attitude and said he was confused. When the nurse asked what she should label my visit he gave a rude look to her and just said "I don't know" as if she was stupid. Luckily the nurse reassured me it was okay and they were going to help me. I hope the doctor can learn to keep his feelings in his head and not make patients feel ashamed. I understand being confused but you don't have to be rude.

Our family had an extremely difficult experience during my grandmother's hospitalization here. From the doctors to the nursing staff, there was a noticeable lack of empathy and compassion. Communication felt cold and dismissive, and we rarely saw genuine kindness or care extended toward her or our family. When you entrust a hospital with a loved one's health, you expect not only medical treatment but also humanity and understanding. Unfortunately, what we experienced instead was rudeness, disconnection, and indifference from much of the staff. My grandmother sadly passed away, and while we understand that outcomes aren't always in anyone's control, the way patients and families are treated absolutely is. It is heartbreaking that in her final days, she did not receive the dignity, compassion, or comfort every patient deserves.
