Patient
We had to rush our 2.5-year-old Boston Terrier to VCA Veterinary Specialists of the Valley + Emergency Service after an ulcer in his eye suddenly ruptured. Their emergency team took us in immediately and cared for him with compassion and professionalism. Although the visit was quite expensive (as most emergency vet visits are), we're grateful they were there when we needed them most. The staff was knowledgeable, kind, and kept us updated throughout the process. I did request that they trim all his nails while he was under anesthesia. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to learn they only managed to trim three paws, which suggests they tried while he was awake and he resisted. This is why I asked multiple times for it to be done while he was fully sedated. Overall, thank you for taking such good care of our pup when he needed it most. I highly recommend them if you ever face a pet emergency.
