Kaiser Permanente Woodland Hills Medical Center

No sense of urgency. Takes them forever to do anything. I asked 3 different nurses and the doctor for pain medicine and it took them over 3 hours to get me better pain meds. They say its busy at the MRI Scans but when I went down there the halls and waiting rooms were completely empty. I had been back to my room after the scan for over an hour until I pressed the call button for my nurse. She didnt even know I was back from the scan. This place does not have your best interest. One of the doctors, Dr. Aggarwal, was extremely rude to me the first time she came in to question why I was here. I started to answer her questions when she just turns around and starts talking to her nurse, completely ignoring me while I still continues to answer her questions. This place is horrendous.

I have had a wonderful experience at Kaiser Permanente Woodland Hills. The entire staff, from the front desk to the nurses and doctors, has always been kind, efficient, and professional. Appointments are easy to schedule and everything runs smoothly once I arrive. The facility is clean and welcoming and I never feel rushed during visits. My providers listen carefully, answer questions clearly, and make sure I understand my care plan. I also appreciate how convenient it is to handle labs, imaging, and prescriptions all in one place. My results come in quickly through the Kaiser app and it is simple to message my care team if I have follow up questions. Overall I feel well cared for and trust the team here. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality and patient centered care.

Had an AFib attack/episode. Checked into Kaiser WH after getting transported from a South Bay hospital. The staff on the second floor was for the most part outstanding. Especially the nurses crew. Some to give special kudos: Rocio, Maureen, Joy, Grace & Bernie to name a few. The Doctor on second day was also great, Dr. A Boyadjian. They transferred me to quieter room twice after original patient room assigned due to noisy neighbor patients. Thank you!!

I was in hopital for 3 days. All staff were very very good and helpful that is the Kaiser staff. On night I had a 'traveling' nurse, Meghan. This woman was not helpful and told me I must call her for my scheduled medication (I naively thought that we her job), she was 1/2 hour when I did summons her mostly another staff nurse came to answer my summons and would alert Meghan, I had 2 different medication for nausea and she asked me which one I wanted-I wasn't sure as did not know any difference and she did not offer any detail on the medications. Each time she entered the room her attitude screamed that I was imposing on her. This poor woman needs to find another profession. Luckily after I relayed my concerns to a nurse, that was the only time this woman had duty of me.

I can't say enough good things about the Labor & Delivery team in Kaiser Woodland Hills. From the moment I walked in, I felt safe, supported, and truly cared for. The nurses were angels, the doctors were very professional and everyone treated my baby and me with such compassion. They turned a scary, overwhelming moment into one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. I'm forever grateful for their kindness and exceptional care. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
