I had the worst experience I've ever had with a medical professional with Dr Cohen. After a month wait for lab results and follow up appointment, Dr Cohen called me 3 hours before my scheduled telehealth appointment insisting on talking to me right then and there. I informed him that I was in a middle of a meeting at work and could not do the appointment then and would happy to see him at our scheduled time. He told me "you don't own that time, we're not doing it at that time." I responded that, again, I was in a meeting, I had scheduled my entire day around our scheduled appointment and could not accommodate this no-notice change. He responded "your results are normal. There were done." To which I responded, "i actually have questions, and again, I am in a meeting so I need an appointment so I can ask my questions." He again refused and said "well, schedule another appointment." Waiting a month for this appointment only for it to not be honored, to be bullied and yelled at, and then forced to wait another month is so beyond the realm of acceptable basic care or humanity. There was no professionalism or bedside manner from Dr Cohen. No compassion, no humanity. I am someone who has the knowledge and patience to advocate for my health and care. I cannot imagine the harm this man has caused to the largely non-English speaking clientele that this practice targets or other medically or chronically ill folks. If he feels emboldened to speak to a patient the way he spoke to me, I can only imagine how many people have been subject to his lack of emotional regulation, anger, lack of professionalism, and aggressive tactics. Beyond this interaction, the office is incredibly run down, taped together, and overall outdated. The 'lab partner' is clearly someone who gives kickbacks. The labs take weeks to process. There is no digital portal or system to grab your records. I will say the front desk staff was fine to interact with. Overall, Dr Cohen has not earned a single star. I do not and would not trust him with my health or care or that of anyone I like (or even tolerate). I have filed an official grievance with my insurance.

The only reason I go here is my Dr. He is caring and helpful and so nice. When he leaves I'm gone. All the male Dr's here are great and helpful. The female Dr is incompetent. Needed things to keep my health in check and she delayed everything wanting me to go back in after she just saw me for a pharmacy refill. Oh and if you want a refill good luck with that. The front desk girls are heartless and don't care if your dying they still delay. My pharmacist faxed them called them many time and nothing. The front desk is RUDE beyond belief and not helpful at all. If you have a question they tell you to sit down like your a kid. They never never never answer their phone so good luck making an appointment anyway. Like I said when my Dr leave so do I

I have an appointment I have questions about and no one answered the phone after multiple calls. Wish I'd read the reviews sooner! Update: Went in and people are nice but today trying to schedule a follow up no answer so I called back a different department and had them transfer me. They said the first available appointment is over 3 weeks away and the waiting list for cancellations 100 people deep. This despite the fact I've called telehealth and urgent care and they both say I need an MRI, urgently. I guess I have to go to the ER for a simple referral? Our healthcare system is so broken.

My mother used to go with Dr. Hugo. He was really rude to her and forced her to take medications. My mother felt really uncomfortable towards his behavior and she mentioned that he would offend her by saying"if you don't take it, then you will die" what type of Dr is he?? Anyways this clinic is really bad.

If possible I would give them a big ZERO! I had an awful experience at this medical office. I waited for over an hour, and no one even bothered to come and do my lab work. the staff semeed completely disorganized and uninterested in helping patients, it's clear they dont value their patients' time. I woulden't recommend this place to anyone.
