I had an appointment scheduled for 3 PM with Dr. Gregory Cohen and I showed up on time, only to find out the doctor had canceled it without any notice or reason. The staff is very unprofessional, they make you wait endlessly, and it's nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone when you call. They never return phone calls, and I had to call countless times just to try and get a referral that was never sent. The doctor himself is rude and dismissive. Overall, a terrible experience, I had to change my Dr. I would not recommend this DR OR this office in Canoga Park to anyone.

I had the worst experience I've ever had with a medical professional with Dr Cohen. After a month wait for lab results and follow up appointment, Dr Cohen called me 3 hours before my scheduled telehealth appointment insisting on talking to me right then and there. I informed him that I was in a middle of a meeting at work and could not do the appointment then and would happy to see him at our scheduled time. He told me "you don't own that time, we're not doing it at that time." I responded that, again, I was in a meeting, I had scheduled my entire day around our scheduled appointment and could not accommodate this no-notice change. He responded "your results are normal. There were done." To which I responded, "i actually have questions, and again, I am in a meeting so I need an appointment so I can ask my questions." He again refused and said "well, schedule another appointment." Waiting a month for this appointment only for it to not be honored, to be bullied and yelled at, and then forced to wait another month is so beyond the realm of acceptable basic care or humanity. There was no professionalism or bedside manner from Dr Cohen. No compassion, no humanity. I am someone who has the knowledge and patience to advocate for my health and care. I cannot imagine the harm this man has caused to the largely non-English speaking clientele that this practice targets or other medically or chronically ill folks. If he feels emboldened to speak to a patient the way he spoke to me, I can only imagine how many people have been subject to his lack of emotional regulation, anger, lack of professionalism, and aggressive tactics. Beyond this interaction, the office is incredibly run down, taped together, and overall outdated. The 'lab partner' is clearly someone who gives kickbacks. The labs take weeks to process. There is no digital portal or system to grab your records. I will say the front desk staff was fine to interact with. Overall, Dr Cohen has not earned a single star. I do not and would not trust him with my health or care or that of anyone I like (or even tolerate). I have filed an official grievance with my insurance.

Dr. Cohen is very good, & does admirable work, though he seems constrained by time. But he cares about his patients. Unfortunately, the staff has very little motivation & poor training. They don't care much about their jobs, or the patients. When there is a problem, which is frequent, nobody seems to have the ability to solve it. When you are told that someone will phone you back, maybe they will, maybe they won't. They get angry with you for trying to get your problem solved: Either they give you excuses, or they'll keep you on hold or hang up, hoping you'll go away. I wonder why Dr. Cohen allows a low level of competence among his staff.

One star is too much! So unprofessional office. They canceled my appointment without telling me, when I got there they yelled at me why I am there! Then they accused that I canceled my appointment, then they gave me appointment with physician assistance instead of my doctor for the following month. They did not care I was in pain!Never going back ever!!

I had a good experience with this office. The doctor was professional and the support staff was polite attentive and punctual. The office was clean everything moved like it was suppose to..
