Impossible to get ahold of anybody at this hospital. You never get a call back from the doctor looking after your family member, nurses hang up on you or just refuse to answer, conflicting information, extremely frustrating. I have no idea if my father is dying and I need to make arrangements or if he's showing improvement, have not been able to speak to a single doctor this whole time, and I am the one listed for primary contact. The only time this hospital has reached out has been for insurance and payment information. If you have an option, take your self or your loved ones somewhere else

As I sit in my hospital bed today at Inland Valley Hospital, I have nothing but gratitude for the nurses and staff here. They are the most amazing human beings I have ever met. Their love, care and kindness they show is above and beyond anything I have EVER seen. This place is absolutely amazing. This is a hospital where things don't always go the way that you want them to and to be honest, they sure try their damndest to be the best. It shoes in every word and action they do and show. I thank God for this place. The best experience I have ever had. I hope you never have to come here but if it happens, I'd love to tell you you are in good hands. The whole time I felt like they were all my guardian angels.

I paid a visit to the ER today and it was lit . The WHOLE staff was on point and had me in and out! Bless these heroes

I went in with what turned out to be a broken ankle. The three people who took care of me did a great job!! Thank you for your attention to detail and concern for my well being. Hats off to you.

Unless you get one of the doctors Southwest pays crazy money for them to come from UCSD or Escondido. YOU are in trouble
