West is a very outstanding and quick working doctor. He gets referrals out quickly, and provides adequate, non-contradicting, consistent, factual responses and diagnosis. If it wasn't for Kaiser Permanente being an absolute disorganized clown show I would 100% keep him as a primary doctor for occupational health. Thanks Kaiser you guys suck.
Worst doctor working in occupational health, he's more concerned about cutting you off from needed medications than actually treating you. I had 2 bicep tendon surgeries and thanks to Kaiser's incompetence, I now probably need a third and am currently battling a MRSA infection after being dismissed by his office, my surgeon and every employee who saw me in the Emergency Room. I have a corporate lawyer who has successfully sued Kaiser several times for malpractice and I'm preparing my case now.
Never follows through on needed treatment. Listens well but then does nothing. Poor prioritization of patient needs. Prefers quick appointments, can not wait to move on. I rate him extremely poor, would be lower but this is the lowest this site will rate
