I have gone to Dr. Wells numerous times with multiple concerns in regards to my two year old son. Every time I bring up a concern or issue, she seems to have little to no care. Her suggestions towards my son's health are not permanent solutions, rather a "I'm just trying to get through my appointments fast". I have to take my son elsewhere or to the ER every time so we can get prescribed medication and/or proper treatment.
I am very pleased with Dr. Jana Wells. She is very caring, sweet, knowledgeable, and skilled. She offered my family great advice to help my child with his development. You can tell that she genuinely cares about your child and they're overall well being.the office staff was very friendly and welcoming. The only downfall will be the parking, which is in the back and a bit tight and limited.
I had a great experience at this Dr. Office today. After making a switch from my baby's last dr. office, this one is a complete 180. The staff is super friendly, respectful, they are on top of scheduling appointments/setting reminders, the paperwork went smoothly, and most of all, the nurse and Dr. Macaulay that were checking up on my baby today were super thorough, sweet, and you can tell they enjoy what they do & are great at it. I felt so comfortable here, and that I could actually trust this office with my child's medical needs/check ups. Thank you so much for your kindness!
Dr. Wells was my pediatrician growing up and remembered her being so gentle and caring. Now I have two little ones of my own and have had Dr. Wells as their pediatrician since their births I cannot imagine any other doctor whom I'd want to take care of my children other than Dr. Wells and her staff. They are like family.
Seriously love Dr Wells and Dr Macaulley. They are both so caring, and genuinely passionate about helping the children . They are all about they're little patients. and both have been so good to my son. The staff is very friendly and are very prompt with phone calls, messages etc. would never leave this practice. strongly recommend them both.
