DO NOT visit this office. The front office is not only rude, and unprofessional but they do not appear to care about patients. After visiting the office I was scheduled for an echocardiogram that they only do in the office. The appointment was scheduled months away, cancelled twice by them and rescheduled months away. The third time I was called a few hours before the appointment to inform me that I must pay $200 upfront if I wanted the echo. I informed them that this was not my co-pay. Was basically told to prove it. I told them to call my insurance. Once at the office was informed that they did not have 'time' to call insurance. So pay up or leave. I called my insurance and they refused to speak to them. I was told I would get a refund if it was the case. Once I receive my EOB I sent a copy with the receipt to their business office. No response. Took it to the office where they refused to make copies and refused to speak to me about it. Told me I could leave documents for their 'review'. Of course I never heard from them. Additionally the office is a bit rundown. I would not go here.

My first visit was with the elder Perish Patel cardiologist, I found him to be very pleasant easy to talk to very very knowledgeable. My expectations were to find out what I needed when I needed him and where and he gave me all the information I needed. He has a very pleasant manner, I loved his office staff. Thes offices were clean, neat and orderly. Since he is a cardiologist and it's a very very serious line of work to be in, I found him to be very straightforward and to the point, not rude or offensive and I understood everything that he explained to me. I have found a good doctor to continue to go to.

I liked him. He was very friendly and nice. He took his time to learn about by medical history. I had a good experience with him and his office. His nurses were very helpful and friendly. I felt welcomed and cared for.

Dr Paresh spent a lot of time with me, explained what was going on. , answered all my questions. Talked about exercise and diet ugh lol I had bad anxiety when I walked in and went home calm

I take my neighbor very sick and he not see her, he send her to the long beach memorial and told me he belong to the hospital and is not true.
