I've been at the Whittier location and Norwalk. And all the times that I've have want I have experiences great front desk staff and excellent Doctor's, the wait to see a Dr is never long, I'm referred family and friends to Dr. Juan Montes.

I find it so weird to this dr juan. I'm almost 4 months pregnant and I've never meet him.if you press his address there's no such thing as his office or medical center. So odd. I'm leaving this medical center in whittier. All they do is charge the medical and they don't give me no info about my pregnancy so odd. I'm getting insurance in kaiser way much better services. Where nothing would be weird. I would be getting pictures of my ultrasound and information about my pregnancy. Cause I'm not an animal to be treated this way.

I am very upset with Roxann Wuest PA and the representative that I talked to today, 8/31 around 2:40pm. I had an appointment with Roxann on Tuesday 8/28 and she told me she was going to refill my prescription medication. I went to Rite Aid and they told me they have not received my prescription order. I sent Roxann Wuest a message via Montes website on Wednesday 8/29, no reply. I called Montes support line and spoke with a representative girl that was rush to end my call. I wanted to ask another question but she interrupted me and said "have a nice weekend" and I was trying to say another word, she hung up the call. She said that their dept sent the doctor Roxann Wuest 2 request for status on releasing prescription. But Roxann has failed to respond. I went to my appointment to refill prescriptions, but I am yet to receive them. I'm very frustrated and I don't get frustrated very easy.

I am pregnant and called to make an appointment the woman said they were not in my network. That I had to call a different number, when i called my insurance they CONFIRMED THAT I AM IN THEIR NETWORK. I told her i desperately have been trying to see a doctor and need a referral because IM OVER 9 WEEKS PREGNANT. She was terribly UNHELPFUL, shrugged me off. UPDATE: GAVE 3 STARS BECAUSE JACKIE WHO WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ASSISTED ME. SHE CONFIRMED WITH MY INSURANCE THAT I WAS IN NETWORK. She was an angel about it and just really wonderful. I am grateful that she was able to resolve the issue.
