Patient
Avoid this doctor -- extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. My elderly parents recently had an appointment with Dr. Mohamand Kaleem Uddin, and it was one of the worst medical experiences our family has ever had. From the moment he entered the room, he seemed irritated and impatient. He greeted them briefly, slammed his items on the counter, and asked a question in a low voice. When my mother didn't hear him clearly and politely said, "I'm sorry, doctor," he responded harshly: "I'm a very busy doctor. If you didn't hear me the first time, I will not repeat myself. You're wasting my time." When my father tried to explain that they simply didn't hear him, Dr. Uddin repeated, "You're wasting my time -- your visit is over," and ended the appointment. My mother left the office in tears, confused and humiliated. She and my father are elderly and primarily Spanish-speaking, and this encounter left them feeling disrespected and discriminated against. I later called the office to speak with staff and was connected with someone named Jolene, who was equally unhelpful and dismissive. When I asked for Dr. Uddin's medical license number, she put me on hold for over 30 minutes and then stopped answering my calls altogether. No patient -- especially an elderly one -- deserves to be treated this way. It's clear from reading other reviews that this behavior isn't an isolated incident. Please think twice before scheduling with this doctor or this office.
