This is my 4th year here in this office. The doctors on duty are great. They are very attentive, patient, and explain everything to you. I wouldn't change offices. The doctors make you feel welcomed always. Office clean, staff attentive, always good parking and always has free ensure...I like that.

Our family doctor for over 20 years Dr. Makandura & Dr. Sandra have always been a pleasure and always put their patients first. I will continue coming and referring family. We moved out of the West Covina area over 15 years ago and still make the hour drive to come to this DR office. On a side note the office staff is very helpful as well I recently needed various paperwork & notes submitted for work in a rush I believe Evelyn the office manager helped me & she got everything squared away very quickly and was so much help.

I have been coming to this office for over 10 years. I have also recommended a significant amount of other's to do the same. There's not much I can say about Dr. Makandura because I always see Sandra the PA, she's actually the reason why I continue to come to this office. Sandra is amazing at what she does, she is extremely polite and very thorough with her examinations. If you are looking for a doctor that has excellent bedside manner and is always going to have your best interest in mind, I highly recommend coming to this office because of Sandra the PA. Unfortunately I wish I could say the same for the front office staff. They are usually rude and unapproachable, their telephone communication skills have plenty of room for improvement. Hold times are to the excess and the mannerism in which they speak to you is very unprofessional. I continue to come to this office solely because of Sandra the PA and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional good provider. Thank you Dr. Sandra for providing excellent patient care.
