I went to the West Covina location. No doctor on the establishment seemed to care about me personally. My primary doctor didn't believe me when I told her I had a panic attack after taking the medications that SHE prescribed for me. I don't think she should make prescriptions as she isn't sure what the medications actually do and not sure about the dosages to prescribe either. Then when she was out, I thought "great, maybe a better doctor will see me." No. This doctor incoherently read my lab results, told me I could have kidney disease. The following year I got my labs redone at Quest and sent them to Emanante. I do not have kidney disease thankfully. Turns out, I probably just didn't drink enough water before my first set of labs. I would not recommend Indus West Covina to anyone.

I have been a patient for a few months and I feel fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Paliwal. I have had two emergencies in the past 4 months and the staff was, as always, prompt with my return call and the Doctor responded even faster! Appointments are on time as scheduled. **Bonus the staff of the office are all fantastic, always have a moment to listen, prescriptions sent with a confirmation message and I feel they are invested in making sure my health remains good!

I have been coming to this place since it was known as Family Practice! I've always been treated with respect and courtesy and I've always felt comfortable coming here! This is the reason that I drive all the way from Apple Valley, instead of relocating my primary care physician to a local one!

I left a messsge stating I was ill and needed to make a telehealth appt. I got a call back requesting details of illness and verifying all current meds. Was told dr would call me within 15 mins. Got a call back from dr within 10 mins. Discussed details of illness, all symptoms. Meds called into pharmacy, process worked great. So thankful for same day appointment with my illness! And thankful was able to start meds same day. Thank you to Dr. and entire staff!

I have been a patient since 2014. This is rare for me to keep a physician for this long as I will usually lose faith or be unsatisfied with the staff. The staff is very prompt with help. Extremely professional and ALWAYS remember me and my concerns. Dr Paliwal and his RN's are top notch and friendly. Often one only gets one or the other in medical professionals. I highly recommend their services which have not lost a step during the Pandemic.
