Getting appointment for Echocardiogram by phone is not easy. Looklike they are short staffed or doesn't care about answering phone calls. Order was faxed to them last week and nobody called us regarding appointment. I called them to figure it out. I was on hold for 12 minutes and she easily hung up the phone without taking care of the call. On my second call she pretended haven't heard my voice and hung up again! I left a voicemail mail to call me back and haven't heard back yet!! This is my first time calling this facility and doesn't look good at all.

I was seen here for most of my pregnancy and felt well taken care of. Nice doctors and staff. Two stars off for inaccurate clinical notes after each of my visits in regard to my diagnosis and some dating of my pregnancy and history. The misdiagnosis was the biggest part bc it affected my eligibility of life insurance I tried to purchase after having my baby. I don't know why they put me down as that diagnosis when I clearly don't have "lupus" and their only explanation was that they didn't have any other options and it was the closest relating to the "lupus" diagnosis. I was denied of life insurance. That's not fair to me either. It was a process to go through to remove every "lupus" written on all my visits with them and it took time. Even when they said it was all removed, I requested copies of my revised medical record and still found "lupus" on my record and had to request to remove them again. This process nearly took almost 6 months and it was difficult because all my visits and claims had already been processed through insurance. The second pregnancy, the inaccurate dating of my pregnancy and also history. I did request for them to correct. It's one thing when a patient comes in and can't remember their medical history accurately and be labeled as "poor historian" but when providers cant do this accurately too when the source is telling you, that's terrible. My advise is, read your clinical notes after each of your visits and make sure the information is correct.

Doctors are good but their charges are excessive. Visit over a thousand dollars and the treadmill test is around $4,000. Ask for pricing before to make an appointment.
