Patient Reviews

Had nothing but great experience frim this office. I was referred to Dr. Ho by my primary to perform an EKG and echocardiogram. Dr. Ho turned out tp be the cardiologist from 8 years ago when I was in a coma after a massive bleed. He was kind and answered all my concerns. The sonographer Gisell was patient and comforting since I'm paralyzed on my left side. I left the office with nothing but an overall positive experience. Thanks.

He has a 2 star review from only 3 reviews. I've been to him and he's a normal cardiologist. I had my heart stop a few years ago so I come back every once in awhile, I've never been yelled at or ignored. I can't even believe a doctor would yell at a patient. Well now he has one more 5 star review.

Patient

This doctor has the worst bedside manner of any doctor I have ever seen and believe me when I say I've seen many. He was extremely rude and seemed very much to enjoy simply yelling at me. He was very unconcerned about speaking with me about any medical problem I might have let alone my heart problem. I guess he believed I had no mirrors in my house because he thought it was his job to tell me that I am obese when I can see that in my mirrors. John Muir Walnut Creek should fire this man. You should run for your life.

Patient

Not a Dr that listens to my concerns. Kind of strange for my cardiologist who prescribed blood pressure medication to tell me its not his job to adjust my medication when I told him the medication was giving me problems. He also was no help when my primary care Dr asked me to contact him with low cholesterol test. I guess he doesn't have time for me. Stay away. Now i see why he has a 2 star rating. So sad. May be time for him to retire.
