I went to this institute for a complimentary first visit and they immediately suggested that I need a angiogram so of course they pretty much scheduled and got me in right away which I thought was great! And as soon as the angiogram was over they proceeded to tell me that I would need surgery that I have early stages of an artery disease. I tried to schedule right then but they said they would need to wait to see if my insurance approved it first before they scheduled one . But they said they would contact me within two days from the angiogram to make sure everything was healing correctly. Well now it's been 4 months and I have YET to hear from them not only to see if it healed ok which is obviously the case but 0 follow up. To me it seems like he offers free initial check up to take his time and tell you how much you are a good candidate then get you in for a angiogram which is $2,700.00 out of pocket. I have no problem if I really needed it and this was a dr office that was legit and seemed to care but to me getting a bill 4 months later with this being the first time I've heard from them at all kind of seems like a scam to me. Horrible customer service. Go to a place that actually cares about their patients.
