Dr. Verma the nicest when you get to see him, and he has been nothing but pleasant. The front office very incompetent. Lost my husband's fax twice, no follow up to a procedure needing to be done for insurance. Heaven forbid should there be an issue. We have waited a month and my husband is doing their job. Why? The lack of concern on their part is disgusting for the health industry and well being of people.
I was referred here and after two appointments, I have had horrible service both times. Waited an hour and a half for my appointment both times. Doctor was rude. Staff was short with people. Won't be returning.
Nicest staff in Visalia, absolutely everyone was very kind and the Dr. was so thorough and I am so very grateful to meet the wonderful staff
Dr. Verma is kind, very patient and helpful. He listens to you and answers questions you have. The office staff are friendly, efficient and very professional. So are the testing staff!
LONG wait times. Lobby full of people waiting an hour or more. They need to hire an extra echo tech to bring down wait times.
