Decided to switch cardiologist from Madera to Visalia (we live closer to this location). We were very happy with the entire experience. Everyone was polite and friendly. Dr. Ozdemir was attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail. There was no rush and we appreciated the attention to detail. The echo was completed and she was serious but overall friendly. The entire appointment took an hour while the hospital in Madera has consistently taken a minimum of 3-4 hours (for the same type of appointment). So definitely would recommend.

Rude and unprofessional staff. Have cancelled on me 3 times already. Twice; a day before my appt and once when I was already on my way(a 45min drive). They always blame the Madera location for double scheduling or the scan tech for calling in to work. So sad they do not care about their patients. HR needs to do better on hiring employees.

I just wanted to share the great experience I had here at this center and I'm happy that my son's referral was re-routed here instead of in Madera. The person whom I spoke with at the Madera cardiac center was rude and made me feel as if I was bugging her when I called (only twice in 1 day) to schedule the appointment for my son. Kept saying it wasn't there to have the Dr refax. Did that and called again and she said it wasn't there and after hanging up she called back within 1 minute saying "oh I faxed it over to the Visalia location" Mind you this was a STAT referral. I was apprehensive about going here because I didn't want to have the same experience with the staff. I'm so thankful that was not the case. From the beginning to end everyone was polite. Especially the ultrasound tech Maria who was patient with my son and made us feel comfortable and not nervous. Hopefully we don't have anymore of these appointments but if we do, I would definitely go here again.

I was very satisfied. Dr. Le is business like, but friendly enough, in my opinion. He did arthroscopic surgery on my knee about two years ago. He explained everything very well and took time to ask if I had other questions. I think he is a very capable surgeon, which is what I went there for.

Very upset on how they cannot fax important information over. I go to an appointment to get an ultrasound and the dr suggests I need to be monitored twice a week and he would send information over to my dr as soon as appointments over 2 days later and still my dr hasn't received this important information! Even though the day before I spoke with a receptionist in valley children Visalia maternal fetal center and she says usually they call for that information and she will send it over, when I come to my appointment today they still have not received any updated information! How hard is it to fax over paper work?? Especially when it has to do with someone else's baby! Please valley children's get your stuff together. This is beyond ridiculous!!
