It wasn't bad in the beginning, Dr Ski. My nickname. Wanted to see me in a year appointment was scheduled for a year later. They were supposed to call me for my ultrasound before my appointment. Of course time goes by we forget, but I finally called them maybe a months after my appointment . They didn't even bother to call me. They changed the ultrasound to be done elsewhere, Now doctors ski has released me. He wants me to stay on the blood thinners but for some reason, I play hell getting them from my primary doctor every month because I need ultrasound and a visit doctor ski. I had my people call her people to get the information right but it still hasn't gotten right. Bittersweet ending C McCoy

Absolutely worthless visit for my grandfather. I brought him to this office on suggestion of his primary podiatrist to get a simple prescription for a necessary piece of equipment to treat his foot swelling. The doctor wanted to make several more appointments, never did prescribe or attempt to prescribe a Lymphedema pump nor prescribe a treatment regimen (how often the device should be used). The doctor was late to the appointment, his front staff were incredibly rude, the doc was in and out of the visit in less than five minutes and we were billed $257.04 in the end while not achieving the very objective of why I brought my grandfather here nor for anything more than the doc taking his vitals with a stethoscope. My grandfather's visit was literally the biggest waste of money I have ever seen with the doctor not even trying to make an effort to treat my grandfather and only taking quick vitals and walking back out. How is this worth over $250?! Our medical system is broken. Insult to injury, a week in a half later, my grandfather's bilateral foot swelling led to hospitalization due in no small part to the lack of treatment at this appointment. The hospital recommended the exact lymphedema pump we were trying to get this doc to prescribe and that his podiatrist wanted to prescribe but sent us to this specialist instead to have a better chance of getting insurance to cover it. This guy simply did not even try. I wound up buying the equipment out of pocket instead of trying to do it through this doc who wanted two or three more appointments to act on anything if ever. In the end my grandfather, (and I as conservator) was billed for literally absolutely nothing by this doctor who further acted in a pompous manner about the whole visit while we were there. I took my grandfather to his primary podiatrist, and he prescribed a usage regimen for the Lymphedema pump I bought out of pocket which we were seeking a prescription for from Dr Kolakowski for in this first visit. This experienced served as a reminder to my family to avoid MD's like the plague when able and stick with DO's and DPM's who actually treat their patients with respect and dignity rather than billing us for ridiculous amounts for services that led to no actionable treatment while penalizing a patient's pocket book in the end. All with a doc who seemingly made no effort other than to just have my grandfather keep coming back for more unnecessary visits, more billing, and all while risking his health for a much-needed treatment that resulted in hospitalization because of his inaction. Another huge complaint I have is that this building is about darn near inaccessible to wheelchair bound people as well with ramps misplaced throughout the business center relative to entrances and a broken motor on their front door which failed to open the door to this doctor's office when I pressed it. Literally had a fight to safely wheel my grandfather into the office with a door that kept trying to close and no help from his staff. Someone on a wheelchair by themselves probably could not make it into an appointment on their own with their existing inaccessibility infrastructure coming from someone who is quite mobile and had a really hard time getting my grandfather in on his wheelchair. That should have been my sign to turn around then and there. All around, I would give this office 0 stars if it were an option due to my grandfather's poor experience and resulting endangered health because of this doctor's desire to just rack up billing for a simple visit with clearly stated objectives that he failed to achieve or act on.

Dr. K was called by my primary care doc for an emergency surgery and he was right there for me even tho he had a plane to catch. The surgery went perfect. I had a problem with my after care and I had to call him for help. No problem for him. He helped with whatever I needed. Each appointment he makes sure all your needs are met and questions answered with a kind and understanding demeanor. He couldn't be more accommodating. He is a great doctor and humanitarian. Ruins it for the rest.

I called earlier in the day and the girl said they accepted my insurance I called later in the day and another girl said she doesn't accept wasted a whole day of wrong information very incompetent staff workers and rude

While the dr was good with my elderly mother the office staff was repeatedly rude and so impatient with my elderly mother that we chose to drive 50 miles away to Upland for her care.
