First, let me say that the San Bernardino County Health Care System is Outstanding, compared to other county's, where I have just been left outstanding. My experience at Dr. Ashtiani's office has been nothing but top notch. I have never sat in the waiting area longer than 10 minutes. After being escorted to an exam room, the Dr. comes in within three to five minutes. The office is quiet, the atmosphere is very friendly, the staff are courteous, professional, and seem generally concerned with their patients. The doctors explain the situation and procedures in such a way that leaves me with a clear understanding. They take their time with me, answer all my questions, which give me complete comfort when I leave. I know I'm not special, but everyone makes me feel that I am. Thank You for that. Provider I saw was great. The front desk isn't the greatest . Some of the assistants are really nice. They have a hard time answering the phone. I didn't like that they set up your follow up appointments without asking if you're even available those days first. As it looks like they ask you to return often and back to back.

I just wanted to say Thank you to some Great Dr's & Staff at this Location. They have treated me with the upmost respect. The Dr has always taken his time with me. I never felt rush and he listen to me and my concerns.

Dr Russell , is my cardiologist I see every 6mo. He has the up most Care for your needs. He listens to your problem, he looks at all the options in your level of care. I'm very happy with him. Nice and kind person.
