Thank you to the staff and Dr. Sharma for the professional help, guidance, reassurance, and for setting me up with the right resources. They very well handled my situation of being an injured despite me living all the way in Oregon. My medical office is here in Victorville because this is where I lived before I moved to Oregon for a temp seasonal job. So I did have to drive 14 hours to come to see them today here. They handled it so well and set me up with the right resources all the way up in Oregon. Don't give up your hope on the bad reviews. Give them a chance and please explain yourself very well

They did a good job with my minor heart issue. However, they only get 2 stars due to their billing department. I get bills for things that I don't owe.

Won't refill migraine medication telling me to go to urgent care not a good place for primary care they only care about money and there hormone treatment. I don't need to be seen quarterly or every 6 mos I'm healthy no need for it only for the money grab!!!!

Naomi is amazing, always providing the best service and going above and beyond to get me in and answer all my questions. Dr. Milani is amazing always taking me in last minute with my crazy work schedule. Both Dr. Milani and Dr, Choi are so attentive and always make me feel calm and secure about my health. Thank you for everything you all do!

Today 8/13/2024 I was scheduled for a 2:45 video appointment with Kayla the office called at 2:40 an proceeded to get me on the portal and told that Kayla will be with me soon they left me waiting for 1hr and nobody ever came I called the office the receptionist apologized and transfered the call to the attendant no response I called the front desk again no response called office manager same called the attendant phone rang twice then cut off how is that for good customer service guess its time for a new Dr
