Om Sood PC

Dr. Om Sood, Been coming here for over 10 years, my health has been poor and he has given me All the Guidance a Good Dr. Can give. Never a problem. Direct , stern, thoughtful and concerned. Sure I have given him more work than he wanted but he stuck with me.

I have seen Dr. Sood a couple of times. Both times, I was seen quickly, very short time in waiting room. So many Doctors want to hand you a prescription and send you on your way. That is not at all how he was. He was not in a big hurry to get me in and out. He was very thorough with his exam. He took the time to sit there and go over my health history. I felt very confident with him.

Seen Dr. Sood several years ago. All I can say is he is a hell of a Dr. who is very straight forward with you. No gray area with him. If my work didn't switch insurance on us I would still be going to him. Very good Dr.

Dr. Sood is very blunt and straightforward (which i appreciate) and cares very deeply about his patients health. He will do everything he can to help you, as long as you help yourself.

Hello Well when we first started seeing Dr Sood.. we thought he was great.. very attentive, seems to be interested in helping. BUT... then trying to get his STAFF to do the things needed ... almost IMPOSSIBLE... it is always 'it wasn't me.. I didn't speak to you' or 'I don't know I am just helping out' or 'we have done everything we are supposed to do.. . YOU need to call' well... I was calling and speaking AND this is for a necessary medication for diabetes ! the pharmacy is calling/faxing ; the insurance is calling AND faxing; I am calling. nearly two weeks have passed and they STILL have not gotten the medication for us. They did give a different one that makes my husband sick..which is why we need the other one (that he HAS been taking for over a year now). Seems to me like this is NON-FUNCTIONAL MEDICAL OFFICE...more like a three-ring circus..with NO ONE knowing who or what is going on. We will be changing providers as I do NOT want this kind of BS happening everytime we need something from our Doctor ? All they need to do, and were told needed to be done on the phone by the insurance rep. is to send that it makes him sick. They even gave the office girl a number to call to SPEAK to someone directly and right away. Has NOT been done.. So what gives ? For a doctor that says he is so concerned with you... this is not saying that at all... It IS saying that they really could care less and will get to it when they get to it... I only give one star because it wouldn't post till i clicked on one... i would give -5 (negative) now before i can get this medicine we have to find another physician..and then thats another 30+ days before you are able to even be seen... WE NEED THAT MEDICINE so THANK YOU Dr Sood' office staff for being SOOOO VERY helpful.
