I'm treated great and Dr Siva is well educated in this field

I was scheduled for an appointment 2/22 at 2:30, I come in and was told my appointment was the day before, they ask me to come in 2/23 at 8:30 and I do, I've been sitting for almost an hour. I'd asked if the doctor was in yet and I was told he would not arrive until 9:20 and that I wasn't to come in until 9:20 when this is not the case. I feel like the front receptionist is gaslighting me with a smile on her face as if it changes the fact that I'm 23 with cardiac issues from poor genetics and need help because I'm unwell. I'm already frustrated by other doctors in the area but I had hoped the one that would be responsible for prolonging my life would behave better. Doctor did not introduce himself, blamed my hormones replacement therapy as the cause of my heart issues, misgendered me, ignored my legal name, despite the chart containing it. He instead used the name I do not go by and the gender I do not identify with. I have a deep voice and facial hair for crying out loud. I contacted IEHP and the ACLU over this.

Best doctor I've ever had. Staff is busy but caring. Dr. Siva is a kind, compassionate doctor. He listens and helps me every time I visit his office.

Dr. Siva is great when you can get him. Usually you are seen by an assistant. The administrative assistants however are incompetent and very indifferent to patients. I had an 8:50 appointment to get the results of a CT scan to determine if my cancer had returned and I had to wait an hour before I found out that the back office was doing some kind of training on a new system. I was then told I had to wait another hour before I would be seen. I don't understand why they would schedule appointments during training. Or, more importantly, why training is more important than patient care or why nothing was said to me when I checked in. When I tried to call back to arrange a follow-up appointment, the operator hung up on me twice and when I did get thru, it was to the voice mail system. Like I said Siva is great but don't complain about the poor service from the administrative personnel. Then you're really treated unprofessionally.

Dr. Siva is a bad doctor. Be very careful he is rude and does not follow-up on his patients. I have called Dr. Siva for many days even office or after office hours and he will not respond to any of my calls when he did surgery to my husband. When I went in to confront him of his negligence he told me not to bring my husband to him. He left my husband of 7yrs patient in his worst stage of his life told me to take him somewhere else's. My husband is 83, diabetic, burn foot when Dr siva gave him all the wrong medication to take and
