Dr. Charmaine E. Earle, MD

went to get blood work done and told me the results would be same day or latest one day. It's been a week and no update. I called 2 days ago and the guy transferred me to someone named Kimberly and the phone rang and then they just hung up on me. Then I called again yesterday and they told me there wasn't any results yet. I called today and spoke with Vanessa who told me that the MA had to give me the results (making it seem like the results were ready?) She transferred me and I was on hold for an hour only for kimberly to answer and tell me she doesn't have anything on my chart. So did they do the bloodwork or not? She is supposed to call me later today but I don't think that's going to happen.

My first visit with Dr Earle was amazing. She and her staff were very caring and took the time to listen to me and my concerns. Finding a new PCP is hard and I am so glad I found her and the Shiloh clinic.

8 minutes late to my son's appointment and they called everyone else that came in after before him. They made us wait until they were done seeing all their other patients and theres a 10 minute grace period from the appointment time. Thats not right. This dr office has poor management

Dr Earle...what can I say to really sum up my experiences at Shiloh Clinic and my PCP? AMAZING!! I'm so glad I found her! She and her staff have treated me with respect and care and I love it!!!! Best Primary Care Physician I've had in a long time.

Dr. Earle has truly been the best Doctor I have ever had. She is professional, kind and attentive to my concerns. She answers all my questions patiently and respectfully. Her passion for ensuring her patients receive the best care in a timely manner is fantastic. I have been with her for many years and will never go anywhere else while I live in the High Desert! Her staff as well are welcoming, very kind and respectful, both on the phone and in person. Thank you Shilo Medical for making my experience as pleasant as possible.
