I was treated so well by the staff. Even though they were busy, I was seen in a reasonable amount of time. And the treatment was stellar. Everybody was respectful and helpful. Two nurses in particular went above and beyond for me. I plan on letting the hospital know what a wonderful experience I had. Keep up the good work !

The ER is the worst I've ever expected here in the High desert. The staff was horrible, they put you in a hospital gown, put you in a chair in the waiting room in front of the door. There I sat for 11 hours, with absolutely no one even asking if I needed anything, not even water. I grabbed my clothes, and left. Went straight to St. Mary's, after maybe 50 minutes, I was seen, admitted, and on my way to a room. They were busy, but still treated everyone like they were the only person there. Was asked by many people, if I needed or wanted anything. I was even surprised they passed out sack lunches, with pretty good food. I should of just went to St. Mary's in the 1st place. Even my veterinarian office. Has more professionalism, and kindness then Desert Valley. It was such a terrible experience.

My name is Jacob and I had the procedure done 1219 2025. This is the third time attempting to have a colonoscopy done but I've always chickened out last minute day before week of but this time I decided to do it and I'm very grateful I did. It was an easy simple task that was all in my head. Everybody treating me so nice so kind reassured me made me feel safe and got me in and out quickly. Thank you very much. Everybody did a wonderful job.

Everything was as expected. Very professional and welcoming environment. Procedure was well explained before it happened. Doctors, nurses, anesthesiologist, surgeon and all the administrative staff deserve to be congratulated!!!! They went above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible.
Only comment I believe worth to make is about recovery time at hospital.
As soon as I woke up at the recovery room, nurse starts procedures in order to release me from the hospital. I understand everything that is happening with the government shutdown. ( I believe it caused the "expedited" release process). I think I should have stayed at the hospital for at least one night before have to put my clothes on and leave to my home. But it is just my "no expert" opinion.
Overall it was a satisfactory experience.
If I could grade it, I will give it A-
Thank you very much.

Hospital staff is very friendly and attentive, not crazy about the ER and the urgent care front desk pushes hard to turn you away, especially on weekends and this was confirmed by the ER staff. One urgent care trip the front desk told us that they didnt have the medicine (turns out they did) and the second trip they told us that the doctor wouldn't administer medicine (steroid for ms). Highly recommend the internal medicine medical group here.
